Justus Rümenapp, a German pianist and composer, discovered his passion for composing at age 6. Notably, he won the “Music Distinction Award” at the International Animation Festival for his work on the award-winning short film “Hope.” His music has also been featured in commercials for brands like „Deutsche Telekom” and „Teekanne“. His upcoming album, “Out Of Babelsberg,” in collaboration with “Modern Recordings,” marks another milestone in his versatile career.


Beyond his solo ventures, Justus showcased his musical prowess by composing cinematic soundscapes for visual media and films. Collaborating with the acclaimed Swiss animation studio “Pixcube,” he contributed to the success of the award-winning short film “Hope” by Michael Scherrer and won the „Music Distinction Award“ at the „International Animation Festival“ in Athen. His compositions also found resonance in TV commercials for renowned brands like Deutsche Telekom and Teekanne.
